Cozy and comfortable, this elevated ground floor apartment (without lift) offers a large living room with fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a beautiful outdoor with a sunny terrace , all day. At nightfall, the sofa, also retractable, turns into a queen size bed. At the entrance, two bunk beds welcome your little ones (up to 12 years old). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and for more comfort, the toilets are separated.
