Before Booking

How do I book a holiday rental?

You can book your accommodation directly online through our secure website or by phone by contacting our agency at +33 (0)4 22 59 03 29. This way, you benefit from personalized service and direct access to our concierge team in Bormes-les-Mimosas.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) for online bookings. At the agency, you may also pay by card, cheque, cash, or holiday vouchers.

What types of accommodation do you offer?

We offer a wide selection of seasonal rentals in Bormes-les-Mimosas, Le Lavandou & surrounding areas, from studios to villas, with various amenities such as air conditioning, terraces, sea views, pools, and more.

Are pets allowed?

Some of our holiday rentals do accept pets for an additional fee. This is specified in the property listing. Make sure to check this condition before booking.

Can I modify my booking dates?

Yes, dates can be modified at least 30 days before arrival, subject to the availability of the property for the new dates.

What are the cancellation terms?

Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After this period, only cancellation insurance can ensure a refund in case of unforeseen events.

Before Your Stay

What equipment is included in the rentals?

Each rental is fully equipped for your comfort. You’ll find a detailed list of equipment (fitted kitchen, bedding, air conditioning, Wi-Fi...) directly on the property page.

Are bed linens and towels provided?

Yes, beds are made on arrival and bath towels are provided, ensuring maximum comfort from the moment you arrive.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a security deposit is always required for seasonal rentals. The amount depends on the type of accommodation and can be paid by cheque or via secure bank imprint.

Where do I collect the keys?

The keys must be collected at our Select’soHome agency, located at 813 chemin des Berles, 83230 Bormes-les-Mimosas. This is also where they should be returned at the end of your stay.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM at our agency in Bormes-les-Mimosas. Early check-in from 2:00 PM is available for a €15 fee, subject to availability. If you plan to arrive after hours, a secure key box with access code is available for autonomous and stress-free check-in. This service is free of charge, just contact us in advance to arrange it.

During My Stay

Is assistance available in case of a problem?

In case of emergency, a 7-day-a-week assistance number is available. For other requests, you can contact us via email at [email protected]. Our team will respond as soon as possible.

What should I do in case of a breakdown or issue?

If anything goes wrong, contact our team immediately through the emergency number. We’ll arrange for assistance as quickly as possible.

Is cleaning included in the price?

Yes, cleaning is included in the rental price. We simply ask that you take out the trash and tidy up the kitchen before departure.

End of Stay

What time do I have to check out?

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. A late check-out until 12:00 PM is possible with a €15 fee, depending on property availability.

How do I return the keys?

Keys must be returned to the agency, at the same location as key collection (813 chemin des Berles, 83230 Bormes-les-Mimosas).

When is the security deposit refunded?

If no damage is found, the bank hold is released or the cheque destroyed within two weeks after departure, following property inspection.
