Step inside and you’re wrapped in a soft southern atmosphere. The layout flows, the sunlight pours in, and everything feels easy. The living space is warm and welcoming - ideal for a laid-back aperitif, a spontaneous nap, or a lively dinner with friends. Traditional terracotta tiles keep the floors cool, white walls reflect the light, and the whole space has that simple charm that only holiday homes seem to master.
Next door, the kitchen continues the same mood - open, friendly, connected to the garden and the heart of the house. You’ll make coffee barefoot, chop veggies after the market, grill fish for dinner under the trees. It’s all designed to make life easy – and together.
When it’s time to rest, the layout offers peace and privacy. One bedroom sits apart - a lovely family cocoon with a double bed, a single bed, and its own bathroom. Further along, two more double bedrooms bathed in morning light share a retro-style shower room and separate WC. In this quiet, elevated residential area, the house offers total tranquillity while keeping everything close by. You’re less than 10 minutes from the beaches of Bormes and Le Lavandou, and just 5 minutes from the old village centre. No traffic, no noise - just pine trees, birdsong, and the sea in the distance. Private parking is available right on the property, with space for several cars.
Good to know before you book (and pack your bags) :
- Sorry – pets aren’t allowed (even the very well-behaved ones)
- Private parking on site with no hassle - just a heads-up: the driveway is steep! But the view at the top is absolutely worth it
- No Wi-Fi, but a mobile hotspot is available to rent (35 €/week, upon request).
