This upper-floor studio has the charm of places that don't show off and end up winning you over completely. The living area, bathed in light and surprisingly spacious, sets the mood: a comfortable double bed, a neat little kitchen with everything you need to throw together a proper holiday dinner, and above all, that wide-open gateway to the real star of the show, the terrace. Breakfast lands here, evening drinks linger here, and time quietly slips away here without anyone noticing. Further inside, a bunk bed welcomes kids or adventurous friends, while the shower room and separate WC bring that precious sense of ease when sharing a roof on holiday.

Cavalière, the Lavandou's best-kept secret
Cavalière is the kind of hamlet that regulars jealously keep to themselves. A cove lined with fine sand, turquoise water almost absurdly clear, and umbrella pines casting their shade across the coastal paths. The nearby shops offer everything you need without the buzz of bigger resorts: a morning bakery, a well-stocked grocery store, and restaurant terraces where you can grab a table without having booked three weeks ahead. Hikers will set off along the coastal trail towards Cap Nègre, while water lovers will opt for paddle boarding or snorkelling in the neighbouring coves. Here, the French Riviera moves at a slower, more genuine pace.
