This generous Provençal villa welcomes up to 6 guests into a beautifully authentic bubble. The spacious living room invites you in with its plush sofas and rattan armchairs, tailor-made for those long, lazy post-beach naps. The adjoining dining room, drenched in sunlight, flows naturally into the kitchen, all decked out in vibrant yellow tiles — a dream playground for chefs in flip-flops. And then there's the terrace. A grand covered terrace running the length of the house, with tables made for endless dinners, armchairs begging you to lose track of time, and always, in the background, that lake-and-sea duo you'll never tire of. On the ground floor, one double bedroom comes with its own large bathroom and separate WC — perfect for early-morning fresh-air lovers. Upstairs, two more double bedrooms share a shower room with WC, all under exposed wooden beams that have witnessed plenty of happy summers.

Head to Pas de Courtin, tucked away in the unspoilt hills of Bormes-les-Mimosas, just 6 km from the first stretches of fine sandy beach. La Favière, L'Estagnol, Cabasson, Le Pellegrin… a string of coves with turquoise waters, all linked by the coastal path winding through fragrant pine groves and well-kept-secret calanques. The Fort de Brégançon stands guard over a bay ranked among the most beautiful in the world, the medieval village rolls out its flower-lined alleys and gourmet terraces, and the Maures mountains offer up their hiking trails. Sailing, paddleboarding, diving, hiking — the schedule writes itself, mood (and sunshine) permitting.
